If you have any problems with your kite, or if you are disatisfied with the quality of your merchandise, we will either replace the order, or give you a full refund. Shipping
All orders are shipped on the next business-day following order placement. Out-of-stock items will ship as soon as they are available. If your item is out of stock, you will have the option to substitute an item of comparable value, or receive a refund on the out-of-stock item.
We cover standard ground shipping costs on all orders greater than $99.00.

Returns
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus shipping costs. Items purchased at a discount may not be returned except for manufacturing defects (defective items are not subject to the restocking fee).
